Amazing service from Orchard Ford and especially from my sales rep Kyle Gervais. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle through a dealership, and I initially chose Orchard Ford because their prices were consistently the most competitive in the region. What truly stood out, however, was their exceptional customer service both during and after the purchase. I met Kyle on his first day at Orchard Ford, and he has been nothing but responsive and helpful throughout the entire experience. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism, and always with a big smile on his face. Before I left the lot, Kyle took the time to help me set up my car from A to Z, walking me through every feature to make sure I fully understood how everything worked. Even after I drove away, he continued to be just as supportive — checking in, answering follow-up questions, and making sure all of the features I needed were working smoothly. It truly felt like his support didn’t end once the sale was complete. I am extremely happy with my purchase and very grateful for the care and attention I received both during and after the process. Best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle!
I came in at the end of the day just to look at a vehicle, I honestly didn’t think I’d be leaving with one. Even though it was late, Kyle Gervais was amazing. He had so much enthusiasm and genuinely wanted to help me find something that worked for me, my family, and my budget.

He worked incredibly hard with his team to get me the best pricing and payments, all while keeping a smile on his face, even as everything ran past closing. He was knowledgeable, fun to work with, and just an awesome person overall.

He also remembered that this purchase was a birthday gift to myself and went out of his way to text me “Happy Birthday” on the day. Keep in mind, he had already sold me the vehicle days earlier and even helped with my insurance claim on another one. Everything was already taken care of, so he zero obligation to do that. It shows how much he truly cares about his clients, not treating it like just another transaction.

Truly an amazing experience. I’ll be sending everyone I know to Orchard Ford and Kyle!

Great service as always. The staff are great as is the service. Value for dollar, I never get the feeling I'm being overcharged here. Even when other dealers told my daughter her Focus needed items replaced Orchard Ford looked at them and said they are not even worn or broken. Nothing required.
