My mother and I haven't had the best of luck when it comes to dealerships. I won't go into specifics but we've had some shady business with them or felt rushed. Here at orchard our salesman John was welcoming and super laid back and friendly along with Merio. They treat you like people more so then just a buyer or another number on a spreadsheet. The whole process went seamless and easy. keep in mind we almost never have ever bought a truck the same day. Usually we have to take 2-3 trips. They we're also upfront with prices, no Bs, no hassle. Phenomenal team, truly a breath of fresh air kind of experience. I use to be a GM guy, now I've joined the ford family. Thank you orchard ford, keep doing what your doing.

Arrived at Ford at 5:45pm on a Friday, (yes I was “that guy”) greeted by Brennan in sales, he had me behind a the wheel of a truck within minutes, walked into the dealership and Kyler had full cost breakdown laid out for me. On the road by 6:05. Went to a competitor the next day for price comparison and was there for hours! Went back to ford and told them I wanted the truck with some added modifications and within a few short minutes paperwork was drawn up and I was sitting having laughs with Charles in finance while he effortlessly made every arrangement necessary. This was so easy! No sales pressure and BS from anyone! Car buying should always be this easy!!

Amazing service! I couldn’t be more grateful to the team that took care of me. A few months back, I went in to ask a bunch of questions because I was looking to get a new truck. Kyle Gervais, my sales rep, and Mario Curatolo, the sales manager, took the time to answer all my questions and educate me on a few things so we could find what would work best for me. Fast forward to last week, I came in because I really needed to change my truck so I could run my business without the stress of worrying about my truck breaking down on me. This was by far, the very BEST experience I've ever had at a car dealership!! The atmosphere was VERY relaxed and calm...
