Performance
Supercharged 5.4L Aluminum-block V*
The 2012 Shelby GT500 is powered by an aluminum-block 5.4-litre, supercharged V8 engine producing 550 hp and 510 ft.-lb. of torque.
SVT Track Pack
One lap around the racetrack and you'll feel the difference. The optional SVT Track Pack is 3.0 seconds faster per lap than the 2010 Shelby GT500 on a 2.3-mile test track and can pull 1.0 lateral g with stopping distances improved by 7 percent versus the base 2012 Shelby.
